A complex digital infrastructure strategy required urgent translation for a non-technical client and third-party investors. The original documentation was highly detailed and methodology-heavy, raising concerns about feasibility and data capability at delivery stage.
My role was to distil and restructure the strategy into a clear, high-level narrative. I stripped back technical jargon and reframed the system as a simple connectivity journey, from city entry through to direct asset integration, illustrating redundancy pathways, backup systems, and ultra-low latency scenarios for commercial and event environments. The result was a motion-led explainer that built confidence, clarified capability, and supported commercial opportunity discussions.
To ensure cohesion across outputs, I developed a supporting visual asset system used throughout the broader report. These elements functioned independently in static formats while building recognition and narrative momentum toward the final animation. Motion was used not as decoration, but as a strategic tool to simplify complexity and reinforce credibility.
