Overview
This project focused on building the foundations of Aistė Hong as a fashion brand, starting from strategy rather than visuals alone. The work was centred on defining the brand’s mission, story and positioning, then translating that thinking into an identity system that could support launch and early growth.
Creative Response
The process began with workshops and strategic development to shape the brand narrative, clarify its purpose and build out the story behind the label. From there, I created a visual identity system including the logo, brand book and supporting assets, ensuring the brand had a coherent language that could translate across products, printed material and wider communications.
The aim was not simply to make the brand look refined, but to give it a stronger foundation from the ground up. The identity was designed to feel elevated and commercially clear, with enough flexibility to support launch for Fashion Week and continue evolving beyond that stage. The logo was also developed with real application in mind, including use across physical products.
The Outcome
The result was a strategic and visual foundation that helped move the brand from concept towards launch with greater clarity and consistency. By combining story development with a scalable identity system, the project gave Aistė Hong a stronger platform to enter the fashion space and continue building from there.
